How do I move pictures from gallery to SD card on my Samsung Galaxy S3?

you dont check the DCIM you open that folder and check the camera option

Help! I have clear all the data in my app manager including the gallery, I didn't know all the files there will be deleted. But, the pictures and files where there in the my files (device storage) How do I open it using the gallery.
