How to restore Kit kat as lollipop has caused Faults on Z3

Since update from Kit kat to 5.02 3 days ago, Exchange has stopped so no emails and some calls scrambled and phone crashes

Unfortunately you really can't. That said you you are rooted or can get rooted (non verizon or at&t phone) you can always install a custom ROM that is stock(ish) for KitKat or a custom one.
