how to stop background applications restarting again and again even through i force stop them

I just want to stop background applications restarting again and again even through i force stop them like Facebook, messenger, and some stupid applications who are programmed to restart automatically

I just purchased my moto g2 phone a month ago and facing severe issues of lagging even through I'm force stopping apps through greenify app

Please help me i wanna root my phone and do changes in core of Android to stop waking up and increase the overclocking but i don't know the process could anyone please help me?

Try Greenify. Also, 3C Toolbox lets you disconnect apps from starting on reboot. It also has a feature to stop apps either when you close them or when you lock the phone.

You'll need root for Greenify and 3C. Ask Google "root moto g2".
