Audio Pausing/Un-Pausing Randomly
I have a Verizon S6. I use Blue Tooth Audio with 3 different devices, my car, a Monster speaker and Arctic head phones. I listen mostly to Audible Audio Books but I also listen to Pandora and my own music with the default music player.
With all 3 audio apps, my audio will randomly pause, fairly often, like once every 45 minutes to an hour but not always after the same interval of time. At first, I thought this was a Blue Tooth bug. However, I am also getting random audio un-pausing when the Blue Tooth is off. My phone will randomly start playing the last audio app that was open. This doesn't happen as much as the pausing does, but it makes me wonder if this is an audio issue and not a blue tooth issue? Unfortunately, I don't use audio direct through the phone so I'm not sure if the pausing will happen when not on Blue Tooth. I may listen direct from the phone just to test it.
Does anyone else have this problem? Any thoughts on how to fix it? I am thinking this could be a problem with Blue Tooth - hardware or software, the Lollipop or Samsung audio software, or the S6 audio hardware? I'm really hoping it is something that will be fixed by an update because I hate fumbling in traffic to re-start my audiobook!
