How do I turn off a mystery alarm that goes off daily at 5:30 am on my V30?

I have cleared the cache on the app. I only have one clock app installed. But every day, an alarm goes off at 5:30 am. It doesn't show up in my alarms list. There's nothing in my calendar. I'm totally stumped. Any help would be awesome.

Is there a notification when that alarm goes off? Have you long-pressed the notification to see which app is sending it?

I'm not able to. It's the full screen alarm notification like if it is coming from the Clock app.

I did that and it took me to my Clock app where there's nothing for 5:30 am. :-(

You said you cleared cache, but have you cleared data, too?
