How do we claim the free headphones

I was denied first couple days, than it finally went through this morning. I got mine through xfinity mobile so I don't know if that had something to do with delay.

I got mine today and I kinda see why they're giving them away free if they're supposed to be worth $250 lol. The sound quality on these is probably the worst i've heard on "high end" headphones. Kinda wish I hadn't opened them and just put em on ebay now. When sound quality on beats is better that's saying a lot.

They're far from high end. At $299 MSRP that puts them towards the top of the entry level range based on price.

High end is going to cost more than our new Note 9s.

Thanks for the info. I got my claim in. I can't believe how quick and easy that was. No need to provide any receipts etc. All of the verification was done via the app and I got immediate approval and shipping date too. Awesome!!

I'm not sure the AKG headphones has good resale value if you want to sell. May be you can get $99 since some one can buy new at $140 on ships and sold by Amazon listing currently. Wonder why Samsung says it's $299. Any difference between the one listed on Amazon and what Samsung is sending?

I submitted my request on Friday (unlocked 512GB I picked up from Best Buy) and it just got approved about an hour ago.. They just asked for a copy of my pre-order email...

I've been doing my research, lol...because I'm torn on whether I should try and resell or keep them.

I'm reserching my options to see if it's worth me reselling. I haven't opened the box yet but right now I'm starting to lean towards keeping them.

I wanted to resell and get some other BT headphones and pocket a couple of dollars. But at the market price right now, I might as well keep them.

Thanks for the clarification, I had a doubt I was looking at the wrong one. Yeah same if I can sell at 120-150 locally I'll let it go. Already have too many Bluetooth headphones which are better so no need for this. I'll keep it unopened until I can sell or decide later what to do if it doesn't sell.

The BT headphones I have are broke. I do have some BT earbuds however but actually wanted to get some headphones eventually, so I might just keep them.

I was hoping to sell these for $200-$250 and getting some Beats but can see now, that's not happening, lol.

Why couldn't they just give us some $299 Beats? lol

Just get some Beats decals and put them over the AKG logo. That way you get better sound and people will think you have Beats headphones... Win/Win!!! LOL...

Do you cover the Samsung label on the back of the phone with an Apple logo too?

If you have a Samsung account download the shop Samsung app then login in. Make sure you also sign into your Samsung account on your phone. When you open the app go to your inbox and you should see a message saying your device may be eligible for a free gift.
