How Do We Go About Getting Our Trade-In Devices Back To Samsung?

Anyone have any information? I looked inside my S20 Ultra's box yesterday for a return label and didn't find anything. Called Samsung support and they didn't seem to have a solid answer.

Just trying to complete the process of getting my S10+ back to them. Please feel free to chime in.

Go to samsung.com and in your order details you will be able to print your return label. You can use the box and packaging that the S20 came in to ship the trade-in phone back.

You should get an email from samsung as well, sometimes a few days after receiving your new phone.
