How do you remove Picasa albums from phone

Hi everyone

I have just tried what twilliams267 suggested and this works and I would think is more effective and safer than using the method suggested earlier in this thread. I fiind its always best when changing settings or deleting to do it from your computer. Thanks a bunch

in my case it was taking up most of my phones memory and I could no longer update my apps

There are 123 posts prior to yours, many having differing solutions. Have you tried all of the various solutions? If not, which specific one didn't work for you.

I have an Android s3, I cannot find the "all" tab under Application Manager when trying to delete Picassa from my gallery. It's just not there. Please help.

Don't have to have the app....it's a picture sync from google and is built in and synced by default.

Go into settings----->accounts and sync---->tap google----->uncheck sync picasa web albums.

Go into settings----->application manager---->all tab----->find gallery and clear data

Make sure the synching for the Picasa albums is still off, then go into Settings > Application manager. Select the All tab, find Gallery and hit the Clear data button. Next time you open the Gallery, it will take a moment to rebuild it but the Picasa albums should finally be gone.

Omgosh that friggin syncing Picasa that won't delete in a quick user friendly way synced some of my pictures ;were not for mixed company and now my worlds have not only got mixed up I was so friggin mad embarrassed and pissed. I feel like the planet that exploded at once on Stars Wars. Do they frustrate on purpose. I think I'm getting an ulcer
