How Many Bionic Owners would....

I was told no. I think if you are going from one phone to another on the same line (phone number) you can just switch, but if your are actually going to use a phone which previously had a different number associated with it then you need new Sim cards. that's what I was told at the Verizon store when I asked if my husband and I could switch phones by just swapping out the sims.

I was told by a Verizon rep that you can just swap the sim card, the issue is almost all new devices use the new smaller sim compared to the Bionic. I think the Rezound is one of them. I have read you can buy a cutter and adapter off amazon to get them to the right size, but since I don't have a need for it yet I haven't done it.

swapping the cards does actually work, the number moved with the card, now of course on the warranty service and all that i would have to go to verizon to switch, but the bionic and rezound use the same sim card.

All i had to do was change the google account and any email accounts over, swap out the sd cards and everything switched easily enough. Just did it to test if it would work and it did, havnt traded yet, cause personally i like the bionic

I like motorola phones more than HTC phones.

I love(LOVE) the bionic. it's my baby. but i think the razr maxx and nexus are cool phones.

I have changed my mind. I would definetly trade my bionic for a rezound. Sick of the no development, motos booby traps, getting knocked off the update path, and more.

It is a lot different than the Bionic.

I told them about all the issues I have been having with the bionic. Sent me out 3 replacements before asking me if I wanted a alternate device, They offered me a rezound, Charge, razr, Thunderbolt, and then a LG spectrum, I declined all of them and asked about the Nexus. they said yea. I just have to pay for the battery which the guy said he would give me a extended battery for the sale price. so basically I am getting a nexus for 30$ since I have to pay for the battery. not bad.

The Bionic has never been given the attention it should have received. Motorola and VZW were far more interested in the RAZR.

I have 4 lines with Verizon and my next upgrade is in March. I've been chasing battery life since purchasing the Thunderbolt on launch day and again with the Bionic. Battery life being the single most important factor when choosing a device means I'll be purchasing the Razr Maxx next, that is of course something with equal or better battery life is announced at Mobile World Congress and is ready by March.

720p resolution, ICS, unlocked bootloaders, super amoled plus .... all the specs are important but battery life trumps all, at least with me. Unplugging at 6am in the morning and never having to worry about the phone dying is what I'm after and I'd rather not have to carry a brick to get it.

just get the extended battery for your bionic

i have the same routine and i am in 4g all day constantly using data... gps, email, web and i get 8-12 of solid battery a day

if i start tethering... well thats a different story
