anyone running superclean 2.7 or 2.8?? im on 2.6 using this method but just curious to see if i should update to newer versions. I noticed that some of my incoming calls go straight to voicemail. Anyone else with reception issues?

Flashed super frankenclean 2.8 and everything is working good so far. Unreal flashed it as well this afternoon, everything went smoothly.

Should of asked before I try this but will flashing this file wipe my data? Just curious..... I have made backups. Also you mentioned I wont be able to flash Froyo without flashing a different kernel. Would that stop me from being able to receive the OTA update?

Just flashed SC 2.8 Froyo without having to flash a different kernel and everything's works good so far. You should be good to go when the times comes.
