Android Central Question

I would like for texts or calls from my wife to always ring at 100% volume. Is this possible?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature or whatever - but on my Pixel 2 XL whenever the ring volume is on, my phone gives audio feedback when I do things. Like click on Chrome or check my email. The 'Media' volume is 100% off, but it still does it. Because of that, I've developed the bad habit of turning the ring volume all the way off.

Similarly there are times when I don't want to be bothered and I put the phone into 'Do Not Disturb' mode. And while I realize I can setup a rule for my wife to be unaffected by 'Do Not Disturb' mode, it seems that it will only make noise at whatever the current ring volume is (which is frequently off or very low).

Because I work in a shared office space, I'm constantly turning these volumes off. And then because I use my phone as an alarm clock, I'm prone to screwing with the volume accidentally when my alarm goes off.

Is there any setting or app I can install that would just make 100% certain that when I get a text or call from specific people it makes a noise at maximum volume?
