How to connect an android tablet to projector for video (cabled) and BT speaker for audio?

I am scoping out an AV system. Pretty simple really, I want to cable an Android tablet to my projector (for video) while simultaneously sending audio to a Bluetooth speaker. I don't own anything yet except for the (older) projector, which has HDMI-in. Seems to be a lot of info around sending A/V to a TV, but not to split the A & V as I describe above. Any clues?!?

BTmono is one possibility.

But why not just feed audio and video to the projector, then connect a speaker to the projector? (Or plug an amplifier and speaker into the tablet?)
