How to Fix HTC One X Overheating/Flashing RED while Charging [RAPID Battery Drain]

nothing is working my mobile last time i saw charging was 80% after some i thought it would be completely charged but the nexus 4 is off trying to on hold power button for more than 2 mins nothing happened
connected to charger /pc/laptop holding power button just blinks red light still mobile not on its more than week it was down
