How to fix this?

I am using CyanogenMod 12.1 and I was messing around with the settings. Now, a red border flahes every now and then when I am using my device and I don't know how to fix it. Any help is appreciated.

You turned on the 'Show redraw boundaries' setting in the Developer settings. Go to Developer settings and turn it off
