Thx to Cindy Delgallo. She posted a fix on the Gal S3.
Here is what worked for my Gal S4:
1> Clk on lower left button, select "SETTINGS".
2> Clk on upper right "MORE".
3> Clk on "App Mgr".
4> Clk on lower left button for menu.
5> Clk on "RESET APP PREFERENCES"
My error message "Android.Process.Acore" dissapeared !!!
What a struggle this pain has been...It was nearly time for the HAMMER.
Yea, Thx again, Cindy, for steering me towards the fix.

My Samsung Galaxy S4 is flashed & the process android.process.acore has stopped & I seen that u can reset apps in my general settings can I do that if my phone is flashed without losing my telephone number again?

Yes, Carri... Everything fine. All my bookmarks, phone numbers, eMails, text, contacts, all unaffected.

Hello.. If anyone has this problem cos i just had , go into Settings ...App Manager...All...Media storage..and Disable that's it for me no more popping up see how it goes on later . Have a nice day !!

I set about following student6000 with the instructions but did not mention that you. >swipe the screen left> after you go into application manager this will give you the option to select. all>

I'm on a tablet 4.4... after a few hours reading foruns etc... and doing everything written clear data/ caches, disabling apps etc...
The solution was to just go into settings/ date and time, disable automatic time and date (via network or gps)... totally disable ...

that's it!
Everything else is on and working

is solved you have to boot your phone in recovery and choose wipe cache partition and now reboot your mobile it will solved.

4.Clicked the BOTTOM LEFT button on the phone itself

The problem is to get from the error message to the password to get into anything, plenty trial and error.

i get this error triggered this time by the paypal app
/did factory reset then it also was viber / skype

its unstappable on my android 5.0 v20f LG G3.
all troubleshooting steps dont work

phone dailing function / sending email with outlook app instantly crashed + every 20 seconds the message appears
