How to get rid of the red text in boot?

So I unlocked my 10 but stayed S-ON, now every-time I boot the phone I see a red text. There is a way to get rid of it using S-OFF and changing a boot file but even though if you want to return a relock stock state (meaning flashing RUU) you will have to reflash the original file meaning putting back the red text. Now my question is: will a RUU flashing get rid of the red text by itself as it should bring back the phone to a 100% stock state?

I'm not following. The red text says what? Also, is the text only displayed during a reboot of the device? If so,flashing the RUU may work if it also returns the device to a locked state. However, I suspect it will still be unlocked and the text may still be there.
