How to import HTML bookmark file into my google chrome browser on my android device

So i wanted to save my bookmarks and it was not working so i downloaded my bookmarks as an HTML file i located it on my phone i just dont know how to import it into my google chrome browser (i have an android device) and i deleted my email so the only way i can get my bookmarks is by importing the html file thank you for reading and your help is appreciated

Welcome to Android Central! Where were these bookmarks from initially?

Try using Chrome on your computer -- click Menu>Bookmarks>Bookmark Manager, then click Menu again and Import Bookmarks. Once they're in your Chrome on the computer, they should also sync with Chrome on your device.
