OK...so the final verdict...
I called Big Red tech support and got to level 3 tech support because of the 3G data turning on and off. They are sending me a replacement for free. This phone has no insurance and is out of warranty. But they are sending me a new one! IM GOOD WITH THAT!!
They said that they have had several issues of this exact same thing since the OTA 2.2. If you are having this issue, FREE REPLACEMENT!! WORD!!
