how to repair "unfortunately settings has stopped" error?

[Android Central Question]

Settings after small amount of use it just gives me this error "unfortunately, Settings has stopped" without any reason. All the other apps are working fine but only settings gives me this problem.
How can i figure it out what is happening ? i already factory reset it and it still appears later.
It makes life very hard because i can't add even wifi or connect via bluetooth.

How badly was android 6 as a OS ? because i think a lot of problems are from it self and not from the phones.
