You realize of course I'm trying to help you get everything fixed right? From the winzip error, to the clerical error in the output posting, to the typo in stepThen you pointed out the error you noticed so i went back checked the first log it was as you suggested so instead of running a redundant test (knowing it would fail cause nothing was done different)
...
help me fix what ever may be wrong with what im doing. which i got to say, im not seeing that i am, everything is installed as the instuctions demand that i can tell
...
--->"How ever i thing i know what went wrong ..... i did type in C:\LS670ZV9 what shold i have typed just the cab name or the location in the C:\KP500-Utils-EN-v0.4.2 dir to be C:\KP500-Utils-EN-v0.4.2\LS670ZV9.cab"

Obviously it will seem like you are doing everything correct or you wouldn't be here asking questions, however when most of the time other people are getting things to work, the likelihood is something specific to what you are doing is causing the issue, so even if you feel it is redundant, it is worth it to try what people suggest.
In step (k) you should have typed 3 commands separately
c:
cd \KP500-Utils-EN-v0.4.2
KP500-Utils-EN.exe
in step (m) "Model #" you should have typed
LS670
in step

LS670ZV9.cab
in step (o) "version" you should have typed
LS670ZV9_20
There should be no errors. Even if you feel it is redundant and unnecessary, could you go back and carefully type that, then post the log if there is failure.
Also could you read Drew's post and see whether you renamed the cab file within windows explorer or had followed the directions and done it from the DOS prompt?
