How to set browser for regular web

My buddy just got the Ally....how does he turn off "mobile view" off in his browser so he can see regular website views?

Grab the Dolphin HD is the easiest. Great browser, recently updated, runs without trouble, can be set as the default browser, and automatically loads the full version of a page. (Actually a bit annoying when I want the mobile page! .) I think the Ally will run it ok...jillions of options by the way. Been using it about three weeks on my Droid.

But if you search the forum a bit, there is a way to modify the address of the page by adding something at the end, like .html or something like that that forces the regular page to load.
