My tmobile version does that irritating tmobile chime with every restart. I agree it's annoying but I can only plan on muting sounds prior to reboot. I wish I could change it like I could back when I rooted. How can I silence the music at startup/reboot regardless of volume mode on my s24 plus? I was able to do it on previous Samsung phones
It's AT&T. In US. I could mute but I don't always have my phone on mute or remember to have volume down and that is embarrassing in a quiet location. I was able to just silence start up sounds regardless of volume level in my s20, but I can't find that option here.Welcome to AC!
Which start up music?
Your device international or US?
Carrier version?

Thanks for your reply. I'm sorry I don't know, but I have the factory unlocked phone from Samsung, which doesn't play any sounds when I reboot it.It's AT&T. In US. Looks promising, but the app hasn't been updated in over 2 years. You can do exactly the same thing with MacroDroid, which is updated frequently and has many other uses as well (i.e., not a single-purpose app like Silent Boot).
