How to Start Up Android Lost?

How do you start up Android Lost from Google Play once app is installed?

It should be in your apps as "Personal Notes"

In Google Play there is a header button for 'My Apps' which lists all of the applications on my phone. Because it is lost I want to activate the Android Lost app, but when I click on the thumbnail icon I can't find a section such as 'Personal Notes'? Sorry to sound silly

Oh, your phone is lost, I thought you wanted to start it on your phone.

Go to Android Lost

When you log into your Google account you can search for Device Manager www.google.com/android/devicemanager‎ and you will be able to find your Android device.
