When I type a phone number to call, I get this annoying bloop-bloop sound like dripping water. I've looked and can't find how or where to change or modify it. Can it be done? I have an S4.

When you are in the dialer app, look for the three dot menu button in the top right or bottom right corner. There should be a setting to have dialing sound effects or not. Good luck.

There is no three dot menu in any corner of the screen. I don't want *no* sound; just a different sound - like maybe a keyboard sound or something.

I have been using exDialer, get it on the play store and pay for the pro key, you will not be disappointed and the key sound is a tone like a regular phone. Much better than the stock dialer and the contact list is so much better too.
