How to successfully uninstall/optout of Xapush ads??

This worked for me as well, it found 2 apps that my granddaughter had downloaded (Sally's Nail Salon), I uninstalled and that was the end of that. Thank you Dark blue 31.
 
Just download airpush detector, it will tell you which app is the offending app and give you the option to uninstall the app.

Than to dark blue ... I had to uninstall facebook and camera APS ... But at least no more ads.
 
Dark blue your a legend thanks so much for the link .... airpush detector app found it was a battlefield3 wallpaper app .... sneaky .... anyways thanks for all the info guys on this thread.
 
I've been trying to figure out why people kept posting opt-out requests here. I figured it was some joke I wasn't sharp enough to get.
