How was your experience buying your Epic 4G ? [Or was it so terrible that you didnt?]

Bought mine at RS. The reps were quite nice, and I like the free tech support (I'm new to Android). However, I'm going to return the phones and buy from Studentrate.com instead, since they offer 23% off monthly bills, and $75 in extra rebates.
