Has there been any rumors when HTC is planning to announce this phone?

HTC Holiday (Raider 4G) Review - Specs, Features, Price | Techzek

This blogger has a source saying the HTC Raider 4G (Holiday) will be released in Canada on October 26. Now I am not sure how that will translate to the USA but I would think they want to hit the November shopping window so I would think the same. Also, of course whether the Raider is the exact same phone, which it seems to be.

I could not find his source of the info so take it with a grain of salt as always with ambitious bloggers.

At least you're upgrading from within Android. I'm sitting here waiting for the Holiday/Raider so that I can get away from this ridiculously slow and feature poor BlackBerry Bold 9700. Once I've got it, no more fruit (apples or berries) for me except the kind I can eat.

I'm really getting frustrated with the wait for this phone and the fact that they won't even give us the tiniest hint if/when it's coming to AT&T. I've politely hammered both companies on their facebook pages trying to squeeze out even a microscopic clue. If this keeps up, I'm going to end up on a GS2 just to get off this stinking BlackBerry.

I'm desperate to get away from my iPhone 3GS... I've been able to upgrade since Oct. 13th, but I'm trying to wait for the HTC Holiday. I REALLY want this phone! AT&T Has til December until I totally lose my patience.

I'm with you! Since my next phone is likely to also be my Christmas present, I'm gonna try to hang on for the Raider, especially as the front page is showing an imminent release to Roger's in Canada. C'mon, guys, let's get with the program and get this beauty released on AT&T!!!! I'm getting tired of watching all the other carrier subscribers drool over their new stuff.
