HTC Dinc2 voice input issues!

Hello!

I am having trouble with my HTC Incredible 2 and using my voice, whether it is for phone calls, voice recording, voice search, etc... it does not accept any voice input!
I do not feel like it is a hardware issue because the issue persists with headsets, both wired and bluetooth.
Back story:

I had gotten this phone a few months back and threw CM10 on it, and it worked great.
One day I could not hear any voices on the other end of calls, and they could not hear me.

I gained S-off via revolutionary, then started playing with other roms and got weird, different results:

CM10: No voice on either end, no media sounds, no notification sounds.
CM9: Phone app freezes when I try to make a call. Can hear media/notifications.
CM7: Phone app freezes when i try to make a call. Can hear media/notifications.
andys BONE stock rom: Can make phone calls, and hear the other end, cannot use my own voice, cannot use sound recording/search software. Can hear media/notifications.
HTC Incredible 2 RLS HD: Can make phone calls, and hear the other end, cannot use my own voice, cannot use sound recording/search software. Can hear media/notifications.
SenseMOD: Phone app freezes when I try to make a call. Can hear media/notifications.

I am at a loss! I want to get my voice working!

Software info, currently on AndyBONESTOCK rom (Closest thing to stock I can get working.)
