Can you PM me the dropbox link too. I am stuck with my EVO until the end of July. It's been constantly crashing lately and needs a wipe. I might as well bite the bullet and do the update for the short time left I have with it....I have to say, this phone was as big a disappointment as the Sprint Palm Pre I owned. Two years waiting for the 4G serive in a major metro area (Phila) and the speeds are pathetic at best.

Is there only one version of the .4 RRU file? I think I have RUU_JEWEL_CL_JB43_SENSE50_MR_Sprint_WWE_4.13.651.4_Radio_1.13.11.1105_NV_3.02_003_PRL25007_release_353492_signed_one_step.exe
on my server at home. If I'm going through the hassle of wiping and reloading the phone I want to make sure it's the latest release.

Someone at HTC USA hasn't gotten the word... or maybe there's a glimmer of hope. Probably not.
HTC confirms it is still working on the Android 4.3 update for the HTC EVO 4G LTE - Pocketables

I regularly run Dailyroads Voyager while I am driving. When .1 came out I had no issues with it, but with .2 I did not really use it much. Sometimes simply restating it works but more often I have to close it, kill as many running apps (in background) as possible and then restart. But this is only temporary, as 10-30min later it will stop recording again. Sometimes I even have to restart the phone, then kill running apps to get it to work again. Then there are times that none of that seems to help.

In regard to running apps, nothing has change in the number of or exact apps that I run regularly, since before the initial build was released. Also, I did have the phone replaced a while back (recon'ed) but it was not a problem at first.

Has anyone else experienced this problem (low memory) ?

Can someone do me a favor and run CPU-Z, Phone Information or something similar to let me know what the reported Total Ram is on their EVO LTE? Mine is reporting 777 and 777.4 respectively. I have been getting "Low RAM" warnings as mentioned above and random App closings ever since I got a replacement phone (and updated to .4) and I am trying to eliminate the software as the issue here.

I took it into Sprint the other day to have them look at it but since I did not have insurance on it they would not even look at it without a $75 fee. WTH, they just replaced it and it was them who did not maintain the insurance when they swapped the phones on my account. After a constant runaround that left me extremely irritated I finally got the insurance back on, but have not had the time to make a second trip back to the store for them to look at it.

If someone can let me know what is being reported on their phone(s) that would be great!

Well damn, I was hoping others would report somewhere in the general area of 1024... Dug in a little deeper and found that the app DID update, I don't remember allowing it too, but it went from v3 to v4 nonetheless. After reading a review from someone having the same issue on Google Play I headed to their website and downloaded v3. Ran it to and from work today without issue.

Thanks for posting that, now don't these phones have a gig (1024MB) of RAM? Does the Android platform interfere with a (non-root) App's ability to properly read the hardware?

It reports the usable RAM. The rest is allocated to the GPU, etc.

This is the latest Sprint version. Once you upgrade, you're stuck there unless another upgrade comes out.

The only way to downgrade is to S-OFF.

Oh yeah, shared RAM. Don't know why I did not think of that being a person who has built every computer he has ever owned, without integrated video/shared RAM.

how can i change my phone software,it is using Verizon software but the region i am in right does not support Verizon software
my question is is it possible to flash the Verizon software and replace it with another.the model of the phone is HTC ADR6425LVW 4G LTE
