HTC M8 duo camere don't work

on my HTC M8 duo camere don't work, back camere ise real clearly. anyone can help me ?

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, but can you clarify your question? Are you saying that taking a regular picture with the rear camera is clear, but that the Duo Camera function doesn't work? What happens--is the image quality poor, or does it give you an error message?

Yeah, we need more info on the issue. Have you tried a factory reset?

yes Duo Camera function doesn't work. when i take a picture i recieve this massage

And is there anything blocking the 2nd lens? Is the phone in a case, or do you have any kind of camera glass protector applied?

i haven't case and even glass protector

what can i do ? reset ?

Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10853

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
