HTC One Formated. Help!

Yeah, i messed it up. Phone was on Elemental, new Kernel.... Overclocked too. I wanted to put dif Rom. By mistake went into format menu and formatted my phone.
How can I reinstall OS now? Computer wont connect to the phone now

You will have to figure out how to push it to the phone, you will have better luck asking there.
