HTC One M10 design leaked in photo

HTC NEEDS a win right now. Aside from the Vive, they are a sinking ship. Hopefully they'll learn from past mistakes and come back to be the innovative company that got them here in the first place.

Will you be quoting what Trump has to say about Samsung next? Who cares what they think. Spokesperson or not, I can honestly say I have never purchased a product simply because some celebrity was using it or not without actually forming an educated opinion on it myself.

My educated opinion on the S7/S7 Edge is it is a great device that ticks all the boxes except 1.) I still prefer sense over Touchwiz 2.) I don't trust Samsung's OS update track record. 3.) Early reviews are that the speaker is weak on it, most likely due to it being waterproof. The last one is a deal breaker. I don't care if it doesn't sound as good as HTC Boomsound. But I need it to be loud. I can't go back to cupping the speaker to hear it.

Their stock is up 53% since the beginning of March, I wouldn't exactly call that a sinking ship. The Vive and that Health Kit have both done well out of the gate.

I use many phones in a year. Very rarely I have used a single phone for a whole year. I sold the M9 because I went back to iOS for a while. Then I sold the iPhone 6S and went for a Nexus 6P. That doesn't make the M9 bad, or the iPhone, or...
To be absolutely honest, I miss my M9, but I want to wait for the M10 to see how good it will be.
The camera of the M9 was good, but not as good as on the iPhone or the Nexus. I still love its design much more than anything else out there. If the M9 had an AMOLED display, then I think I would still be using it. That was the main reason I went with other phones. But as I said, I change phones very often...

But the iPhone won't be getting AMOLED until 2019 so why did you get the 6S right after the M9. Sorry, had to bust your balls there..lol

No implying they're going bankrupt but they have had losses year after year. I was more referring to their mobile division not doing so hot. Hopefully the vive can help them out and give them the boost they need to compete with Samsung, Crapple and LG. I LOVE HTC phones and much prefer sense over anything else. I guess I just have high hopes for the 10.

I'm due an upgrade soon I can't wait to see what HTC has in store. But if it disappoints I will probs go for a Nexus device.

Found this on XDA. Don't know if the HTC 10 will have all these colors but some look pretty cool. Check out all the pictures including the 3D renders. This shows that the FP scanner is a capacitive button rather than a physical button. Plus I really like the shape of the bottom speaker port. One more thing is one site I have seen says the 10 will have an IR blaster and these pics show plastic on the top so it may be possible.

I doubt that many colors will show up but it would be nice for sure. It would be something different from all the 50 shades of gray the phones currently have. I would be all over the red one.

The fifth picture (render) shows the button as being raised or just poor artsmanship. I am wondering if this was like pictures of the final proposal to the board or something?

Ill say I am getting less "bent" about the shape/presentation. Those renders look kinda nice. The "button" does not seem so intrusive.

So, so far I have laughed...I have cried...I have come to terms. What I would like to see is non-gray based coloring but not going to bet the house on it.

Come on already! Reason I say this is my DNA is now running neekid (no case) because I am having charging over heating issues. The phone battery is done and I am just nursing/milking it to see if the 10 is worth the risk or become sheeple.

EDIT: I am curious by those renders how the screen covers (tempered glass) are going to work?

Gray, Gun metal, silver, off white, black.

Something bold like red (I lust for but really never get), royal blue...something off main stream. Not gold or chrome like S7 offerings either.

Now that I have been running my DNA neekid its a really thin and small phone. I am thinking I want to run neekid on 10 if its a worth while purchase...with tempered glass...wonder if uh oh will be offered for free as well on 10?

OK. More colors would be nice for sure. What gets me, is some of the manufacturers including HTC release a new phone in just a few colors and later come out with more color choices. Why even bother with more choices later most of the sales of a new phone happen in the first 3 months. More choices up front would likely have a bigger impact on the number sold. At least I think it would.

I would tend to agree with that. More choice to tip the scales. I find the chrome and gold of the S7 uber tacky. H8 had a red offering limited but not for my service provider. I am afraid that my phone will just die soon and Ill be left with a "have to buy" choice. S7edge (although edge screen offers nothing but 5.5 size to me) is a nice phone I am still hoping...I was crushed last year within the first two minutes of the "huge" reveal.
