HTC One stuck in bootloop

My HTC one is currently stuck in a bootloop caused by a failed installation of an RUU trying to get cyanogenmod off my device. I am unsure which RUU to use because it started off as a Bell phone, but I unlocked it and I'm now using it with Fido (Rogers). Any help would be appreciated.

Can you go into the bootloader screen and tell me the codename of the device?

At the very top, it should say one of the two:

M7_UL
M7_U

I just had the same issue recently.

This is my best recommendation for your issue:

Relock your bootloader.

Unlock your bootloader and install the TWRP recovery again.
