HTC Sync 3.0

This has worked twice. Now, when the program starts, shows device not connected, select HTC Sync on USB connection, attempts to connect and says HTCSync is not running? This is the same headache I had with v2.0.

Using Outlook2007

Any suggestions? (Other than using GMail! Already pulled from GMail after HTCSync worked once)

Haven't seen a 3.0 version thats ok'd for the Incredible....

still shows 2.0.33

Actually, can't remember where I got it from but it does work! much better than v2.0. Once communication was established, syncing started, no errors, easily choose syncing rules (OL vs device)... Syncs media, docs, people, calendar, bookmarks & pics. Gives a graphic of SD space used by the different types of files. Version is 3.0.5387.

Never mind. Amazing what a PC reboot will accomplish on seemingly simple things.

can you upload the file? if you don't own a wildfire, you cant download from HTC support page. IT asks for a serial number. Thanks
