HTC trade up--- ANYONE get any updates yet??

I've sent my phone in two weeks ago, still NO update from the trade in program. I emailed them, still no answer. Has Anyone gotten any updates at ALL? Even just a notice that they received it?? I'm starting to get annoyed.
 
No...it has also been about 2 weeks for me...I have not received any notice and when I check online it shows they are still waiting for my old phone to arrive! I would also be interested in knowing how others are making out with their trade-ins?

Also in the same boat here. Dropped mine in the mail Sunday the 21st (knowing it'd have gone with the first batch of mail on Monday the 22nd). No update in status, no response to an email inquiry. In a sad way, I'm at least glad to hear I'm not alone.
 
I just got a reply to my inquiry.... "We show your device received 5/3/13. Please allow 10-12 business days for your reward card to be sent. " HJ

Mailed my Evo 3D almost 2 weeks ago.
Trade up site says: Product Delivered To Recycler: May 6, 2013 (estimated)
Product Validated By Recycler: May 11, 2013 (estimated)
Currently: We are currently waiting for the arrival of your recycled product. Please allow 7-10 days from the date of shipping to receive your confirmation email indicating your product has been received and independently verified.
Guess, I'm going to wait.
 
Man, this thread makes me so happy. I also have not received any information regarding my phone being received. I have called HTC and talked to several people and no one can help me. HTC is making me very frusty!
 
So am I the only one who forgot to sign the tradeup form that you placed in the box with your old phone? There was no line for a signature that i could see, but HTC tradeup rules says it was to be signed :(

I don't see a tradeup form that requires a signature. The form I printed out had the shipping label on one half the page, and a tradeup voucher on the second half. There wasn't an place to sign it. Am I missing something?

The full terms and conditions seemed to have a few things that disagreed with the current promotion, such as whether or not to include chargers. My form had no where to sign, and support told me my card is on its way, so I'm not worried.
 
For the the proof of purchase, I don't have an actual invoice, since all that came with the phone was a packing slip from Sprint, which doesn't have the IMEI on it. Can I just take a picture of the label on box with UPC and mail the print copy of picture?

That is what I did. The ATT pack slip did not have the IMEI number on it. I took a pic the box and phtotoshopped it on the bottom of the pack list. I also included a copy of the receipt. That all has to be enough I hope.

Also, I did not send a charger because I lost my original charger. I was not about to send them the charger I bought. How could they deny it because of a stupid charger?

Did you already got your refund or confirmation from them?

I might end up doing that, just send a copy of packing list, along with a picture of the UPC/IMEI from box. I send a message on the HTC Tradeup Contact page just to confirm.

sent my old phone in on april 22nd and no status update at all. still says Product Delivered To Recycler: May 3, 2013 (estimated) Product Validated By Recycler: May 8, 2013 (estimated)
 
Got something in the mail a bit ago! Haven't had time to look at it, but there's a card in it... so. YAY!
 
Have you gotten any email notifications or did they update your online status before you received the gift card in the mail?
 
Nothing. Actually I was starting to get a little concerned since I thought I would at least get an email telling me it was processing. So it took almost a month to get the gift card in case anyone needs a frame of reference.
 
I actually wrote a question to ask for my status on my rebate and they responded saying it would take some investigating and they would get back with me. I sent my phone in on April 20th and got my card this week without a response. Btw my online status was never updated. I think they are just rolling out without any notice.
