HTML Email on Incredible?

There is a setting on Exchange as to what type it sends.. it has to be on HTML as well as the phone does.
Message Format still grayed out in phone settings. Does the server need to be set on HTML by oy our IT person? My desktop setting is HTML and they come through in HTML in my inbox just not on my phone.
 
Yes, it will need to be done by your exchange admin. Your email to your desktop doesn't use same connector as your phone. Your phone will be greyed out regardless. Mine is greyed out, yet I get HTML email. But only through 3rd party non-Htc Apps. Your exchange may already be set correctly for HTML, you just need to use Touchdown.

Touchdown is free for 30 days. I recommend getting it and testing out. That way you will know without bothering the IT dept.
 
I can't get html through exchange activesync either but a work-around that I use is to sync my calendar and contacts through exchange but set email up as a regular (i.e. non-exchange active sync) account. This gives me html email, though you probably lose some email syncing features.
