Huawei p10 Camera blurry

Just put your phone standing on a table, and let it fall screen down. It seems that an impact perpendicular to the screen moves the components inside the zooming mechanism in a propper way (that's why hitting it with your hand doesn't work). But it work just for a couple of photos....after that is blurry again.

Maybe you need to drop it from a higher height? But that of course may damage the phone...

The thing is that you can't assure the parallel position between the surface and the screen at the moment of impact... And it seems that it needs to be "as parallel as it can be" (I don't think that is correctly written... Sorry). But again.... This are all guesses....

True it is hard to tell. Worth a shot though, if you are willing to take the risk

Well obviously the best way would be to send it in to Huawei to fix. But if you don't want to do that for whatever reason... Then this is an option that you can try

Probably they don't want to wait to get it fixed. Not sure if all companies loan a phone to their customers while they're fixing their phone or use your own back up phone if you' have any.

My understanding is that you have to send the phone into honor first. It's one of the compromises when you buy an honor phone, unfortunately.

If you got a carrier model then you might be able to get a replacement quicker. If this is applicable to those that have this phone then you can attempt to contact your carrier.

Hi, my problem is with the camera of Huawei p10. The camera lenses are clean, shaking the phone won't work. The monocrome camera works perfectly but the color one is out of focus. Could you give me some advices? If I have to replace it, I bought it in Bangkok and I live in India. What's the easiest solution. Thanks

Have you tried dropping your phone from a table as other have suggested ?

I have sent my P10 away the be looked at as my camera was just producing terrible pictures, so I'll keep you updated, just waiting on it being sent back to me. Nexus 5x will do until then still love using it even now lol

Omg... Here I thought that the camera wasn't working coz I dropped it.. but the monochrome works... Just not the coloured... Did anyone find a solution. My phone is 3months old and not on warranty coz I switched country... I bought it from Poland and now i am in Fiji
