I Am Amazed By This Thing

I was being as objective as I could, seeing as he was straight up lying and trolling. I de-bunked all he said about the Nexus processing PDFs slow and choppy with repligo compared to the iPad with both stock or good reader. I compared the 2 side by side and both times the Nexus was faster/smoother.
You are so full of it it's not even funny anymore. You are deliberately misleading potential buyers at this point. PDF rendering on nexus for a file bigger than 100 pages is slow as hell compared to iPad. It's measurable to a difference in 2-3 seconds for every new page.

I like that it is small enough to fit in my dress pants pockets, so it is inconspicuously portable at work. I get a lot of magazine reading done without needing to bring a magazine. Now I just need GQ Digital subscriptions to work from Amazon or google.

You're not using repligo on your Nexus 7 then, like you claim. I compared the 2 side by side, so I know you're spouting nonsense. There's not even a 1 second delay per page. Try actually buying the app and comparing it next time before making ludicrous and deceptive claims, because like what happened here, somebody might call you on your B.S.

You blaming anyone else for misleading buyers is ironic at the highest level.

Just for giggles I downloaded a nice 125 page long PDF with lots of statistical analysis in it. Pages flip by nice and easy whether in full page view or reflow. I even decided to try out the "read to me" part of the app - not bad once you download the language files. Not something I would use regularly (I am more of a reader than wanting things read to me) but it was nice to try.

True enough. Unfortunately we seem to have picked up another iTroll. Note the false statements about lag and stutter. Chrome has zero lag and stutter and I read PDFs every bit as dense as he describes and do so with perfect smoothness and can easily make out all the text as it is nice and sharp.

I wonder what people are viewing when stating that Chrome has zero lag and stutter. I see stutter and lag in many of the sites I view. ESPN is especially problematic. I resorted to installing the aosp Browser and it's a night and day difference in quality.

The Chrome behavior was the out-of-the-box experience. Maybe something is wrong my N7, but I've read other reports of people seeing the same behavior with Chrome.
