I can login to the Play Store - however I am unable to get into the app store once logged in.

I continue to get an error message that states:
"No Internet connection. Make sure Wi-Fi or cellular data is turned on, then try again. There is a Retry button on this error page. I did all of the above, cleared system cache, cleared data from play app, rebooted, hard reset, turned off and on and many other things, nothing works. I am able to access the internet from other apps, please help.
