i can not log on to google playstore on my huawei ascend G510-0100

it keeps on giving me this errors" Can't establish a reliable connection to the sever.
This could be a temporary problem or your android device may not be provisioned for data services. If it continues, call customer care".

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?

Go to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

If that doesn't work, then go to Settings>Accounts, remove your Google account completely, then add it back.
