I cant get into my tablet. it says the email isnt correct and i have been to the google and it couldnt help. i tried to reset it and that doesnt work. now what?

I think that you've tried everything. If you've forgotten your Google account details and the help site does not help, and the device will not Factory Reset, I don't see that there's anything more to be done.
Android Device Manager might help, but you'd have to remember some of your details at least.
