I can't send images on WhatsApp

[Android Central Question]

At the time when I started sending any image like image from camera or screenshot.
The green bar loads but after it says This media file doesn't exist on Your SD card.

I have a strong network connection.
All images are correctly stored in SD card.
My SD card is not set on read only mode.
I can only send files from WhatsApp images or WhatsApp Video.
I am using lenovo K4 note
Android 6.0

Are its Permissions enabled for camera and storage? (Think mine waited till I chose to enable them - seems more polite about that than some apps). The permissions in my Moto are in Settings - Apps - Whatsapp.
