Your only hope is to get a hold of a Samsung or Samsung compatible MHL 2.0 HDMI adapter. Use the adapter to connect the phone to any TV/monitor that has a HDMI input.

If the digitizer is toast (i.e. won't respond to swipes/touches) you'll have to hope that you left Bluetooth on and have the Bluetooth keyboard you previously paired to the device handy.
