I give up on this forum application

Final straw, application ended abnormally after I had typed most of a longish post. Happens daily. I have posted on the forum support about this problem . . No luck.
Why won't they fix it?
Yes I have cleared cache and app data. No help.

The AC Forums app is developed and maintained by Tapatalk, not Android Central, so it's up to them to figure out the problem. I've seen other people reporting issues with that app. I use the main AC app, which doesn't have any issues.

I have seen posts recently saying not to use AC Forums only, but didn't know why.
Tapatalk on the other hand works fine. I use it all the time. Try starting a Tapatalk account with a different log in and password, then once logged in to AC as well they are tied in, so you shouldn't need to log in to either again unless you log out.
I get a failure to connect sometimes, and often have to press back and send again when a post won't load, but I put that down to signal coverage.

Android Central's full website on pc on the other hand I had loads of problems with last week, but I reported and it seems alright for now.

I've been using tapatalk and I love it. No crashes.

Another vote for the official AC app. It's a lot easier to use IMO. Haven't had any signing in issues.
