I got my Xoom upgraded to 4G, who else got there's?

Anyone else note a extreme battery drain? I could usually leave mine in the briecase all day, and perhaps be down to 80%. After the update it's more like down to 39%. I didn't touch it all day, had it with me just in case.

I used to have about 70-80% left when I got home at night, now down to 40-50% so there's definitely a big difference.

Filled out the form to get my shipping packaging sent on 9/29 (late evening)
Got notice 9/30 that my packaging had shipped
Received said packaging on 10/1 (I think)
For a variety of reasons I didn't actually ship mine off till Tuesday Oct 11
Got email from Motorola on Wed Oct 12 that they had received it.
Got an email from Motorola in Monday Oct 17 that they had shipped it back to me
Received my package late morning Tuesday Oct 18 (today)

Looks like I am one of the lucky ones, device was gone for 7 days (5 business days) and since I received it on Tuesday that seems to shoot a hole in the theory that they are actually shipping these things on Tuesdays and no other day.

Package was 4 Lbs and had the free dock (too bad I already had one).

Tablet was well packaged in the same box I sent it out in along with a screen protector and an additional plastic bubble bag over the device itself.

Powered it on and the device powered up faster than in the past. It had the new OS already installed and a few minutes later I got the prompt to enable the SIM card. Didn't appear to require any time to activate because switching from WiFi to cellular network only took a few seconds.

I did manage to kill the battery today but then I was using it a lot more than I usually do (used to getting a day and a half to three days of life) so that's not necessarily indicative of how it will go from now on.

Good luck to the rest of you who are still waiting for yours to come back :(

My Xoom came back today, linked up to LTE quickly, blazing speed!

Only strangeness was that while all my apps were there, all my widgets are gone from my home screens - anyone else see this? Of course, that is the one thing I didn't take notes on when I sent it in. Anyone know if there might be at least a list of configured widgets somewhere in the file folders I copied from the Xoom before I sent it in? Thanks!

That's odd! No, mine was encrypted so they weren't able to touch anything on it. :) I'm glad you guys are getting them back though. I was very concerned after the experience some of us had in the beginning that it would snowball out of control for Moto. Seems they have a decent handle on the process now.

I called Verizon today and got three months of 2gig service at no charge in exchange for the 8 month delay in upgrading. That's over $90 in credits.

Got mine back today, no delay. Shipped it last Friday so they got it Monday. On Wednesday it was finished and shipped. Got it today (Thursday) and a dock.

My experience this week couldn't have been better. I sent mine in on Tuesday. Got a note confirming receipt Wednesday. Another note Thursday indicating shipment. And FedEx just dropped it off with a complimentary dock. I just ran a speed test on speakeasy.net. 15MB down/8MB up(Dallas). Wow.

That's great! That's really how it should be. None of us would have had any complaints if they could have given us that kind of info. The speed is also great but wasn't my biggest concern. Seems like they're improving and that's a really good thing.

Same here, wish I hadn't reset it yet if I'm going to have it over the weekend!

Oh well, it's not 4:30 yet...

You didnt have to rest it. All I did was delete my accts like FB, Twitter and stuff that had my personal info. I moved all my pics and video onto my pc I left all my game apps and other none important stuff on there and shipped it out.
