Mine came back yesterday after being sent in on Monday of the previous week. They didn't wipe it, which made me happy. There it's significant damage to the plastic piece that's on the top/back. They said if I mail it in they will take up to ten days to evaluate the damage and determine if they're at fault. If they are, they need another ten days for the repair.
Screw Motorola. I'm inclined to return my new Bionic as a result of this. I don't want to support them.
Based off of my experience with Motorola this past week, I have concluded the company is run by people who 52 cards shy of a full deck.
Hopefully, Google's will keep them far away from their engineers.

I'm thankful I got mine back in good shape and, not going through what you guys are. I feel for you. I'm never, ever buying something that's not completed and, has to be sent back again.
I joined this forum when the Xoom had just been seen at CES. I was really excited about it, probably more excited about any device I'd ever been. While I like it, it's been a big disappointment overall, mostly from the consumer experience. If I had to to it over again, I wouldn't have got it, let alone sign a contract through Verizon. The LTE does make things easier.
