Thanks, but here's the issue. I try to do that on my G4 and can assign a new ringtone, but if I try to put that person in my favorites, it changes the ringtone back to some default favorite ringtone. That means anyone in my favorites (Speed dial) has the same ringtone, which kind of defeats the purpose.

Edit: Disregard this, is seems to now work; which is even more confusing!

This is controlled by a setting. Go to Settings - Sound & Notifications and uncheck Ringtone ID. You can then have different ringtones for your favorites.

Yes, you can save pictures and video straight to the Micro SD.

Yes, you can... but please read through the "editing photos save error" threads on the http://forums.androidcentral.com/lg-g4/544443-common-issues-solutions.html sticky. There are some apps that have not properly implemented the Google 5 SD security API, and will have issues writing to the SD card. This is not a problem with the built-in camera app (or any other I've tried), but some photo editors and file managers may have issues.

Quick question, I did some research beforehand but couldn't find a good answer. I may have missed a post, so be gentle please!

Is there a wired headset that permits "magic button" (play/pause, answer calls, etc) AND volume control for the LG G4, similar to the stock headphones for the iPhone. Only thing I really miss about my Apple days. If so, what should I look for? Has LG adopted some standard?

Not sure if anyone answered this already, but my old Samsung headphones from the S4 work with my G4 perfectly . The volume and play/pause are all functional.

Sometimes I get a portion of the day where battery drains more than it should so it helped to have those bar graphs to look at to see what was happening. Like was is awake for an extended time while the screen was off. Sometimes I can link the info to something specific I was doing and helps identify potential battery wasters or something that needs to be fixed.

Another question today, I filmed in 4K 30 fps and 60 fps 1080fps but not only 30fps ... why?
I knew 1080p 60 fps .... where can modify the frames 30 in 60?

On my G4, when I have 4G I only get 1-2mb download, when I enable hsdpa I get over 15mb. Any ideas? In the UK and three is the provider.

I should add that when I has the nexus 5 the 4G gave the speeds that I have getting with hsdpa on my G4

1080p @ 60fps is an edit to the camera XML file. With Root you can edit the file or you can flash the file using TWRP or FlashFire. You can find more info here:

1. Besides lux dash, (for auto brightness) any better app? I tried the free one and most times stops and gets error. Trying the paid one and seems better. I hate a lot the LG stock auto bright. Most times I need a bright light when taking shots or even on browser, YouTube and even on a good light lg takes a lot brightness to a point i can't see shi... ( the Sony z3/z3tc is way better on control )

2.im taking always raw photos. Besides Adobe photoshop at pc (which is better to configure, control) I use at Adobe photoshop express (phone). But that app for ex when I go search the photo at Galerie he select the raw one or jpeg?

3. Talking about the raw stuff do you guys control most of the time what? For a noob and simple like me could I use the feature (on A. photoshop on pc) , the automatic setting? Is worse better?

Who else has it? If someone has FHD60 on their phone, they have edited the camera XML which requires root.
