i have a question....about updating a rom

this was my first time ever flashing a rom to my evo a few weeks ago.....and now there is an update for the rom. how do i go about updating it?

im using this rom

Nandroid backup what you have, then flash the updated Rom over what you have without wiping, if its fishy or not smooth, do a full wipe and flash the new version.

im using rom manager.....can i do everything from there?

Yes. Just don't wipe unless you have problems.
