I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-19305. Problem after an update to Android 4.4.4

An OS update kept on appearing for almost a month and I decided to go ahead with it - after update, I ended with Android 4.4.4. From then on, a very usable Samsung S3 because a nightmare. A message/notification keeps on appearing "Unfortunately, Samsung Account has stopped" Also, when I go to the Accounts under Settings, it is always "Sync Error"

Hi, seeing as you held off on the update I would suggest you perform a factory reset on your device and let it start again from scratch. If you do decide to perform one, make sure you back your data and media content up so you don't loose it. The factory reset will bring your phone back to the original state with the latest software on the phone.
