I need a POP3 handler for Turbo

Comcast seems to have gone belly up and won't do much for me. Phone worked great until a month ago. Now it simply removes emails while I am looking at the list and seems to give me more than 6 to choose from. I use the blue mail icon. A week ago it simply changed me to an IMAP mail handler. Don't want that and changed it back. Now mail comes in and goes out on its own. Of course they Comcast act puzzled for 1.5 hours on the support line (and VZ) suggested the Xfinity app but it is so dull and you can't star or flag an email. And that Xfinity app is just GRAY...it is plain dull. Its about all I can take. I think the phone has a bug or is flawed. They won't hear it but I think they are programmed to push you off.
